Books and oil saturated paper could no longer be dumped as landfill,
but could be used for the Paper Paneling.

The CSIRO was very excited at the possibility we offered. Dr
Bob Coutts still corresponds and remains vitally interested in the
development and commercial applications of our Paper Board concept
